The Venture Capital Partners team has over 30 years experience in the delivery of Government funding programs, having designed and managed two major programs providing finance to companies declined further bank funding. These programs provided hundreds of millions of dollars of support to companies and exceeded the performance objectives set by Government.
Venture Capital Partners provided AusIndustry with financial commentary on all applications for Concessional Loans for the Commercialisation of Technology under the R&D Start program. Venture Capital Partners has consulted to AusIndustry in other areas, providing independent assessments on some larger project grant proposals.
Venture Capital Partners has also worked with the International Finance Corporation and the Pacific Enterprise Development Facility (both associated with the World Bank) in establishing the Samoa Venture Capital Fund. Venture Capital Partners acted as the external advisor to the local fund manager, Pacific Venture Capital Managers, based in Samoa, during the life of this pilot scheme.
